How does it work?
Rather than pricing a la carte, we can scope a series of training programs focused on maximum impact across the firm with a broader curriculum in mind. This allows us to run smaller sessions that create candid, engaging conversations in every training.

Ben can also include additional support, such as:
- Coaching and advisory sessions on demand for practice group leaders on strategic and management concerns
- Curriculum development and support for PD teams
- Train-the-trainer sessions to give partners tools for improving their own internal trainings
- Change management support for practice groups, including collecting honest feedback for PGLs, navigating conflicts, codifying best practices, and hands-on support for other common challenges
Retainers do not require long-term commitments. Contracts typically include a cancel-anytime clause, so the firm can continue only when each program is delivering outstanding value.
